Orders are typically prepared within 0–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been processed and packed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

If you need to update your shipping information or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the packing or shipping process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Additional information is available in our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received. Whenever possible, they should include the original packaging, any applicable tags, and all accessories or components that came with the product.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning approved items. Marek Moda does not charge restocking fees or additional return processing fees.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 7 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
